正念冥想和体育锻炼对首次轻度抑郁发作患者临床疗效比较

摘要
【摘要】目的:比较体育锻炼和正念冥想对首次轻度抑郁发作患者的临床疗效。方法:共有70例首次轻度抑郁发作患者入组。利用随机数字表法将患者分配到二组,正念冥想 (n=35)为研究组,体育锻炼 (n=35)为对照组。结果:最终60人完成实验,正念冥想组 (n=30),体育锻炼组 (n=30)。正念冥想治疗后4周末,HAMD-17评分显著高于体育锻炼,正念冥想治疗后4周末,HAMA-14评分显著低于对照组,两组评分差异有统计学意义(P﹤0. 05)。结论:正念冥想和体育锻炼对首次轻度抑郁发作患者短期临床疗效有差异,长期临床疗效相同。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective Comparison of the clinical efficacy of physical exercise and mindfulness meditation for patients with the first mild depressive episode.. Methods: A total of 70 patients with the first mild depressive episode were enrolled.Using random digital table method to assign patients to two groups, Mindfulness meditation (n=35) for the study group, physical exercise (n=35) was the control group. Results: 60 people completed the experiment, mindfulness meditation group (n=30) , physical exercise group (n=30) . Four weekends end, the HAMD-17 score of mindfulness meditation was significantly higher than physical exercise, the HAMA-14 score of mindfulness meditation was significantly lower than physical exercise.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion: Mindfulness meditation and physical exercise are different in short-term clinical outcomes for patients with the first mild depressive episode and long-term clinical efficacy is the same.
