To investigate the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with perospirone hydrochloride in treatment of schizophrenic patients: and the influence on the function and quality of life in patients with cognitive. Methods: 94 schizophrenic patients were selected and treated in our hospital in December 2015 - December 2017. According to the random table method, 47 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group 47 cases. The control group using perospirone hydrochloride treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the combined treatment of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The curative effect of the two groups was compared, and the changes of PANSS score, LOCAT score and quality of life score before and after the treatment were compared. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group (89.36%) was higher than that of the control group (70.21%) (P<0.05). The PANSS score of the two groups decreased after treatment (observation group: t=40.281, control group: t=22.774, P<0.05); the PANSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (t=21.739, P<0.05). The LOCAT score of the two groups decreased after treatment (observation group: t=40.654, control group: t=20.637, P<0.05); the LOCAT score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (t=21.708, P<0.05). Power and energy, social and psychological symptoms and adverse reactions were decreased in two groups after treatment (observation group: t=12.472, 12.786, 17.091, the control group: t=4.873, 5.821, 9.924, P<0.05); the observation group after the treatment of power and energy, social, psychological symptoms and adverse reactions were lower than control group (t=8.455, 5.946, 5.447, P<0.05). Conclusion: repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with perospirone hydrochloride in the treatment of schizophrenia patients with obvious curative effect, can significantly improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients, has important research significance.
