大学生精神信仰对专业性心理求助态度影响的调查分析

摘要	目的：为了解大学生专业性心理求助态度现状及其与精神信仰的关系，为大学生心理健康教育工作的开展提供参考。方法：于2017年11月采用专业性心理求助态度量表和大学生精神信仰问卷对637名大学生进行问卷调查。结果：专业性心理求助态度在性别上差异具有统计学意义（t=-3.213，P＜0.001），大学生社会信仰评分最高。多元线性回归分析显示，超自然信仰、实用信仰对大学生专业性心理求助态度有负向预测作用（P＜0.001），社会信用对大学生专业性心理求助态度有正向预测作用（P＜0.001）。结论：大学生精神信仰对专业性心理求助态度有一定预测作用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the influence of spiritual belief on psychological help-seeking attitudes with college students, and to provide reference for carrying out mental health in universities．Method: 637 college students were selected and they were investigated with the questionnaire of spiritual belief and questionnaire about attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help (ATSPPH) in November 2017. Results: The results showed that respondents of different genders in psychological help-seeking attitudes had statistically significantly different score（t=-3.213，P＜0.001）, and the score of the social belief was the highest; by regression analysis the result showed that supernatural belief and practical belief showed negative prediction effect on the scores of ATSPPH（P＜0.001）, and social belief showed positive prediction effect on the scores of ATSPPH（P＜0.001）. Conclusion: Spiritual belief is a predictor for psychological help-seeking attitudes among university students.
