[Abstract] Objective To study the risk factors of postpartum mental disorders in pregnant women with natural delivery and cesarean section, and to provide more reasonable intervention regimen for perinatal pregnant women, so as to decrease risks of postpartum mental disorders and increase postpartum living quality. Methods According to retrospective analysis, the clinical data of 800 pregnant women with cesarean section from February 2016 to April 2018 were selected as observation group, and the clinical data of 1000 pregnant women with natural delivery were selected as control group at the same time. The incidence of postpartum mental disorders between the two groups were compared according to related standards. The clinical data of pregnant women were analyzed, and the risk factors of postpartum mental disorders were analyzed by single-factor and multiple-factor analysis. Results There was no statistical difference in the incidence of postpartum mental disorders between the pregnant women with natural delivery and cesarean section (P>0.05); According to single-factor analysis, the age, profession, family monthly income per capita, relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, spousal relationship, parity, family history, personality before illness, postpartum recovery, postpartum sexual life were common factors of causing postpartum mental disorders in the pregnant women with natural delivery and cesarean section, in addition, pregnancy complications and cesarean section history were independent factors of causing postpartum mental disorders in the pregnant women with cesarean section (P<0.05); According to multiple-factor analysis, low education level, worse spousal relationship, parity>3 times, having family history were common factors of causing postpartum mental disorders in the pregnant women with natural delivery and cesarean section (OR>1, P<0.05), the low family income per capita was independent factor of influencing postpartum mental disorders in the pregnant women with natural delivery (OR>1, P<0.05), the cesarean section history, introversion before illness, pregnancy complications were independent factors of influencing postpartum mental disorders in the pregnant women with cesarean section (OR>1, P<0.05). Conclusion Regardless of the mode of delivery, the pregnant women have risks of postpartum mental disorders. Low education level, worse spousal relationship, multiple delivery, family history, introversion before illness are key factors of inducing postpartum mental disorders. As for these patients, it is necessary to provide better perinatal nursing, as to decrease risks of postpartum mental disorders and increase postpartum living quality.
