| 摘要 |
目的:研究静疗专科护理干预对患者 PICC 的依从性及并发症的影响。方法:选择 2021 年 01 月
－2022 年 01 月到我科接受静疗的 PICC 置管患者 128 例，随机分为实验和对照两组。分析两组患者依从性、
并发症出现概率、生活质量以及心理状态。结果:实验组护理依从性 60（95.24%）高于对照组 53（84.13%），
P＜0.05；实验组并发症发生率 4（6.35%）低于对照组 12（19.05%），P＜0.05；实验组生活质量高于对照
组，P＜0.05；实验组心理状态低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论:运用静疗专科护理方式对患者实施 PICC 干预，
可降低并发症出现概率、提升患者依从性、生活质量以及心理状态。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the effect of special nursing intervention of static therapy on patients
compliance and complications of PICC. Methods: 128 patients with PICC were randomly divided into two groups
from January 20201 to February 20201. The compliance, probability of complications,quality of life and
psychological status of the two groups were analyzed. Results: the nursing compliance of the experimental group
was 60 (95.24%) higher than that of the control group 53 (84.13%) (P < 0.05); The incidence of complications in
the experimental group 4 (6.35%) was lower than that in the control group 12 (19.05%) (P < 0.05); The quality of
life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The psychological state of the
experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of PICC
intervention in patients with special nursing mode of static therapy can reduce the probability of complications,
improve patients compliance,quality of life and psychological state.
