病理性近视患者的心理健康状况调查研究及影响患者焦虑及抑郁情绪的相关影响因素分析

摘要	【摘要】目的：探讨病理性近视患者心理健康状况及影响患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的相关风险因素。方法：选取2015年11月～2017年12月就诊于本院的病理性近视患者共200例作为研究对象，采用自评式问卷调查法评估患者心理健康状况及焦虑、抑郁状态，调查影响患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的相关风险因素。结果：本次调查共发放问卷200份，所有问卷全部收回，回收率100%；无缺损、字迹不清等问卷，调查有效率100%。问卷调查结果显示，200例病理性近视患者中，有31例出现轻度焦虑（15.50%），9例出现中度焦虑（4.50%），3例出现重度焦虑（1.50%）。28例出现轻度抑郁（14.00%），8例出现中度抑郁（4.00%），2例出现重度抑郁（1.00%）。200例病理性近视患者SAS、SDS评分结果均明显高于全国常模水平，数据比较差异显著（P＜0.05）；将所有患者一般资料进行单因素分析，结果显示工作状态、受教育程度、年收入水平、眼部手术史及视力损伤情况是影响病理性近视患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的风险因素（P＜0.05）；将单因素分析得出变量纳入Logistic回归模型中进行多因素分析，结果发现工作状态、受教育程度、年收入水平、眼部手术史及视力损伤情况是影响病理性近视患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的独立风险因素（P＜0.05）。结论：病理性近视患者中存在心里健康问题的患者较多，且影响其焦虑、抑郁情绪的风险因素多且复杂，进行针对性预防对改善患者不良情绪有积极意义。
Abstract	【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the mental health status of patients with pathological myopia and the related risk factors affecting anxiety and depression. Methods: A total of 200 patients with pathological myopia who were admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled. The self-assessment questionnaire was used to assess the mental health status, anxiety and depression status of the patients, and to investigate the risk factors affecting the anxiety and depression of the patients. Results: A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed in this survey. All questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 100%. There were no questionnaires such as defects and unclear writings. The survey efficiency was 100%. The results of the questionnaire showed that of the 200 patients with pathological myopia, 31 had mild anxiety (15.50%), 9 had moderate anxiety (4.50%), and 3 had severe anxiety (1.50%). 28 cases had mild depression (14.00%), 8 cases had moderate depression (4.00%), and 2 cases had severe depression (1.00%). The results of SAS and SDS in 200 patients with pathological myopia were significantly higher than the national norm level, and the data were significantly different (P<0.05). The general data of all patients were analyzed by univariate analysis. The results showed the working status, education level, and year. The income level, the history of eye surgery and the visual impairment were the risk factors of anxiety and depression in patients with pathological myopia (P<0.05). The univariate analysis showed that work status, education level, annual income level, eye surgery history and visual impairment were independent risk factors of anxiety and depression in pathological myopia patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion: There are many patients with mental health problems in pathological myopia, and the risk factors affecting their anxiety and depression are many and complicated. Targeted prevention has positive significance for improving patients bad mood.
