【摘要】 探讨难治性精神分裂症患者应用利培酮联合哌罗匹隆治疗后效果。方法 采用随机平行对照法将我院97例难治性精神分裂症患者分组，两组患者均予哌罗匹隆口服，对照组48例增加氯氮平口服，观察组49例增加利培酮口服，对比两组患者治疗后精神病理症状、认知功能、生活质量及不良事件发生率。结果 观察组PANSS评分、不良事件发生率低于对照组，RBANS、SF-36评分及总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 利培酮联合哌罗匹隆显著改善难治性精神分裂症患者精神症状，促进认知功能恢复，提升生活质量，且安全性高。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of risperidone combined with piperopirone in patients with refractory schizophrenia. Methods A total of 97 patients with refractory schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in both groups were given oral peripherem, 48 patients in the control group were given clozapine orally, and 49 patients in the observation group were given risperidone. The incidence of psychopathological symptoms, cognitive function, quality of life and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The PANSS score and adverse event rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The RBANS and SF-36 scores and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Risperidone combined with piperpirone significantly improves psychiatric symptoms in patients with refractory schizophrenia, promotes cognitive function recovery, improves quality of life, and is safe.
