米氮平联合西酞普兰治疗重度抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者的效果观察

摘要
【摘要】 探讨重度抑郁半睡眠障碍患者应用米氮平联合西酞普兰治疗的效果。方法 随机数字表法将87例重度抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者分为2组,单药组43例口服西酞普兰,联合组加用米氮平,对比两组抑郁状态、睡眠质量及氧化应激反应和神经递质水平变化情况。结果 联合组4w及8w末HAMD评分、8w末ET-1、丙二醛水平、PSQI总分及各项评分均低于单药组,NO及SOD水平高于单药组(P<0.05),两组8w末DA水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 重度抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者口服米氮平和西酞普兰可有效调节其体内神经递质及氧化应激水平,改善其睡眠质量和抑郁状态,效果良好。
Abstract
【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of mirtazapine combined with citalopram in patients with severe depressive and semi-sleep disorders.Methods 87 patients with major depression and sleep disorders were randomly divided into two groups. 43 patients in the singleagent group received citalopram orally, and the combination group received mirtazapine. The depression status, sleep quality and oxidative stress、changes in neurotransmitter levels were compared .Results The HAMD scores after 4w and 8w, the ET-1、the level of malondialdehyde and PSQI scores after 8w were lower than those in the single drug group. The levels of NO and SOD were higher than the single drug group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in DA levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of mirtazapine and citalopram in patients with major depression and sleep disorders can effectively regulate neurotransmitters and oxidative stress levels,improve the sleep quality and depression.
