无抽搐电休克对精神分裂症记忆、认知功能及脑电状况的影响.

摘要
[摘要]研究无抽搐电休克疗法(Modified Electra convulsive Therapy,MECT)对精神分裂症患者的记忆、认知功能及脑电状况的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年5月到2017年10月我院收治的100例精神分裂患者的诊疗情况。按照治疗方法的不同,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例;对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础之上配合无抽搐电休克治疗。观察治疗3月后两组的治疗效果、治疗后记忆能力、认知功能及脑电状况。结果经过治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的简易智能精神状况量表(MMSE)得分及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分较对照组明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的WMS评分较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者也更少发生脑电异常的状况,其间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无抽搐电休克治疗对精神分裂症患者有着很显著的疗效,且能够有效改善患者的记忆能力、认知功能以及脑电状况,值得临床运用和推广。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To study and explore the effects of Modified Electra convulsive Therapy (MECT) on memory, cognitive function and EEG status in schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 100 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine drugs, while the observation group was treated with modified electra convulsive therapy on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, memory, cognitive function and electroencephalogram of the two groups were observed.Results By comparison, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of MMSE and MoCA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the WMS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The patients in the observation group also had less abnormal EEG, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionModified electra convulsive therapy has a very significant effect on schizophrenia patients, and can effectively improve the memory, cognitive function and EEG status of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
