【Abstract】 Objective To study the change and significance of interleukin 1β (IL-1β), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and interleukin 10 (IL-10) in patients with anxiety disorder. Methods From November 2017 to November 2018, 42 patients with chronic anxiety disorder and 42 patients with depression were selected as anxiety group and depression group, and 42 healthy persons were selected as healthy group. The patients were treated with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor in anxiety group and depression group for 8 weeks. The levels of serum IL-1βand IL-6,IL-10 were compared between healthy subjects and anxiety group and depression group before treatment. The therapeutic effects of anxiety group and depression group were compared. The levels of serum IL-1βand IL-6,IL-10 in anxiety group and depression group were compared before and after treatment. Results There was significant difference in serum IL-6,IL-10 level among the three groups (P﹤0.05).The level of IL-6 in anxiety group was significantly lower than that in healthy group and depression group, the difference is statistically significant(P﹤0.05), but there was no significant difference in IL-6 level between depression group and healthy group (P>0.05).The level of IL-10 in anxiety group and depression group was significantly higher than that in healthy group, the difference is statistically significant(P﹤0.05), but there was no significant difference in IL-10 level between anxiety group and depression group (P>0.05).The total score of SCL90 in the anxiety group and the HAMD score in the depression group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, the difference is statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1 β and IL-6,IL-10 between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion Anxiety disorder, depression and healthy people have different immune mechanisms, can be differentiated by serum IL-6,IL-10. Anxiety disorder and depression also have different immune mechanisms, which can be identified by serum IL-6.
