| 摘要 |
观察组慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁患者应用乌灵胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗后疗效。方法 将103例慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁患者随机分组，对照组51例予曲美他嗪联合心理干预，观察组52例增加乌灵胶囊，观察心功能、抑郁症状改善效果及临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗后H-FABP、NT-proBNP、LVESD、LVEDD水平、HAMA、HAMD评分及总有效率均高于对照组，5-HT、LVEF、SV、CO、6min步行距离均低于对照组（P<0.05）；不良事件发生率低于对照组（P>0.05）。结论 乌灵胶囊联合曲美他嗪能够有效消除慢性心力衰竭和并抑郁患者负性情绪，改善心功能，其机制与调节神经递质水平有关。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the curative effect of Wuling capsule combined with trimetazidine in patients with chronic heart failure and depression. Methods Randomly divided 103 patients with chronic heart failure and depression into 2 groups. 51 cases in control group increased the trimetazidine and psychological intervention, 52 cases in observation group added Wuling Capsules, observe the improvement effects of heart function,depressive symptoms and the effects. Results The H-FABP, NT-proBNP, LVESD, LVEDD levels, HAMA, HAMD scores and total effective rate were higher in observation group than control group. The walking distances of 5-HT, LVEF, SV, CO and 6min were lower than control group(P<0.05); the adverse events rates was lower than control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Wuling Capsule combined with trimetazidine can effectively eliminate negative emotions and improve heart function in patients with chronic heart failure and depression, and its mechanism is related to the regulation of neurotransmitter levels.
