Objective: To explore the effect and prognosis of psychological nursing on the basis of drug treatment for ADHD in children. Methods: 100 children with ADHD were selected and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019. They were randomly divided into two groups. The total effective rate of medication (control group, n=50) and psychological nursing (observation group, n=50), childrens Behavior Scale score and parentsparenting stress score were compared. Result: The total effective rate of children with ADHD in the observation group was 98%, compared with 72% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before the intervention, there was no difference between the two groups in each dimension of the Conners Childrens Behavior Scale, namely, physical and mental problems, conduct problems, learning problems, impulsive hyperactivity scores (P > 0.05); after the intervention, the scores were lower than before, and the observation group decreased more significantly. Significant difference was found (P < 0.05); before intervention, there was no difference in the scores of each dimension of the simple parenting stress questionnaire, i.e. children with difficulty, parents-children interaction disorder and parenting distress (P > 0.05); after intervention, the scores were all lower than before, and the degree of reduction in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: In view of ADHD in clinic, on the basis of drug treatment and psychological nursing, it can enhance the therapeutic effect, improve childrens behavior and reduce the pressure of family members to raise children, which has very important value.
