Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods: 72 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given psychological nursing intervention, 36 cases in each group. The compliance behavior of the two groups was evaluated, and the changes of patientspsychological state, neurological function and quality of life were observed. Results: The indexes of compliance behavior in the observation group were 97.22%, 91.67%, 91.67% and 94.44% higher than those in the control group (80.56%, 69.44%, 72.22%, 61.11%, P < 0.05); the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group decreased gradually at discharge and one month after discharge, and were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time, P < 0.05; the scores of neurological function and quality of life in the observation group at discharge and one month after discharge were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores were significantly better than those of the control group at the same time, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Strengthening psychological nursing intervention for cerebrovascular patients on the basis of routine nursing can further regulate their anxiety and depression, improve their compliance with doctors advice, actively cooperate with the treatment and rehabilitation work, help to improve the quality of life from various angles, and the nursing effect is better.
