| 摘要 |
目的：探讨团体心理干预对精神分裂症患者康复状况及社会功能的影响。方法：研究资料均为本院于2016年7月至2018年7月收治的精神分裂症患者84例，均给予抗精神病类药物治疗，随机分组各42例，对照组开展常规护理干预，观察组增加团体心理干预，评价两组康复状况及社会功能变化。结果：观察组治疗有效率为95.24%，对照组为78.575，观察组康复效果更好，P＜0.05；护理后，观察组患者社会功能各指标评分明显降低，且各指标均显著低于对照组，P＜0.05；护理前两组WMS、WCST评分均较低，且比较无明显差异，P＞0.05；护理后，观察组WMS、WCST评分明显提升，且显著高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：在精神分裂症患者治疗期间加强团体心理干预对促使其病情及状态稳定有明显作用，获得良好的康复效果，且对改善社会功能有积极效果，属于科学可靠的护理方案，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on rehabilitation and social function of schizophrenic patients. Methods: 84 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were treated with antipsychotic drugs. 42 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given group psychological intervention. The rehabilitation status and social function changes of the two groups were evaluated. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%, and that of the control group was 78.575. The rehabilitation effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After nursing, the scores of each index of social function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of WMS and WCST in the two groups before nursing were lower, and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of WMS and WCST in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P Significant improvement, and significantly higher than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Strengthening group psychological intervention during the treatment of schizophrenia patients has obvious effect on promoting the stability of their condition and state, obtaining good rehabilitation effect, and improving social function. It belongs to scientific and reliable nursing program and is worth promoting.
