Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with compound digestive enzyme in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 95 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with compound digestive enzymes in 47 cases, and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsules. The two groups were treated with serotonin. (5-HT), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) levels, anxiety and depression scores, symptom scores, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, and recurrence rates. Results The NOS level, HAMA, HAMD score, symptom score and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The 5-HT level and total effective rate were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group. Group (P>0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with compound digestive enzyme can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with functional dyspepsia, eliminate symptoms and signs, and have a low recurrence rate. The mechanism is related to the regulation of NOS and 5-HT levels and improvement of gastric motility.
