双相障碍患者认知功能损害机制的研究进展

摘要	双相障碍（bipolar disorder,BD）是指既有躁狂发作或轻躁狂发作，又有抑郁发作的一类常见精神障碍。BD患者无论在心境发作期或者是缓解期均存在认知功能损害，其认知损害机制尚未明确。笔者就近年来对BD患者认知损害机制的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract	Bipolar disorder is a common mental disorder that has a manic or hypomanic episode and a depressive episode.BD patients have cognitive deficits during either mood attack or remission, and the mechanism of cognitive impairment is not yet clear.This paper reviews the recent progress in the research on the mechanism of cognitive deficits in BD patients.
