| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenic patients. Methods: 84 convalescent schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as research data. They were randomly divided into 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given nursing intervention under the concept of humanistic care. The nursing effect, treatment compliance, mental health status and daily life function of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: After nursing, the scores of positive symptoms, negative symptoms, psychopathology and total scores in the observation group were all decreased, and significantly lower than those in the control group at the same stage, with significant difference (P < 0.05); the compliance of the observation group was 95.24%, compared with 78.57% in the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05); after nursing, the scores of SCL-90 and BPRS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05; after nursing, the scores of SCL-90 and BPRS in the observation group were The daily life function score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Humanistic care nursing mode in convalescent schizophrenia patientsnursing work is conducive to further improve the symptoms and treatment compliance of patients, especially to improve the mental health of patients from various perspectives, to improve their daily life function, and has high nursing value, which is worthy of promotion.
