| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on depression and quality of life in stroke patients. Methods: The data were collected from 114 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given early nursing intervention, 57 cases in each group. The rehabilitation effect, depression and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated, and nursing satisfaction was evaluated. Result: The effective rate of the observation group was 92.98% and 78.95% higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05; the depression score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the quality of life and nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group, with obvious advantages (P < 0.05); the pulmonary infection rate of the observation group was 3.51%, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities was 0.00%, pressure ulcer was 1.75% and the control group was 14.04%, 7.02%, 12.28%. Lower, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Implementing early nursing intervention in the nursing of stroke patients can further adjust their psychological state, improve the degree of depression, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote their recovery as soon as possible, improve neurological function. Nursing service has been highly recognized by patients and has high nursing value.
