目的：探讨强化社会及家庭支持对脑梗死后抑郁病人心理状态及日常生活能力的影响。方法：研究资料选择本院于2016年10月至2018年10月期间收治的脑梗死患者108例，均伴随抑郁状况，随机分组各54例，对照组为常规护理干预，观察组则强化社会及家庭支持，评价两组疗效、心理、神经功能、生活质量，并进行比较。结果：护理3个月和护理6个月两组患者抑郁程度逐渐降低，其中观察组护理后不同阶段抑郁评分显著低于对照组，P＜0.05；护理3个月和护理6个月两组患者神经功能及自理能力逐渐改善，其中观察组护理后不同阶段神经功能评分显著低于对照组，而自理能力评分显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；观察组治疗有效率为96.30%、对照组为84.48%，差异显著，P＜0.05。结论：针对脑梗死后抑郁患者强化社会及家庭支持护理可进一步调节其心理状态，促使其积极配合医护工作，改善症状及神经功能，提高生活质量，属于可靠的护理方案，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of strengthening social and family support on mental state and daily living ability of depression patients after cerebral infarction. Methods: 108 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into 54 patients with depression. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group strengthened social and family support. The curative effect, psychological, neurological function and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: The depression degree of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group at different stages after nursing for 3 months and 6 months, P < 0.05; the neurological function and self-care ability of the patients in the observation group were improved gradually after nursing for 3 months and 6 months, and the neurological function score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at different stages after nursing, while the self-care ability score was significantly lower than that of the control group. The effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%, and that of the control group was 84.48%. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening social and family support nursing for depression patients after cerebral infarction can further regulate their psychological state, promote their active cooperation with medical and nursing work, improve symptoms and neurological functions, and improve the quality of life. It is a reliable nursing program, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
