目的：探讨术前心理护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者焦虑心理及护理满意度的影响。方法：112例研究资料均为本院于2016年8月至2018年8月期间收治的行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗患者，随机分组各56例，对照组开展常规护理服务，观察组落实术前心理护理干预，评价两组患者心理状态变化、手术指标及恢复效果，并比较两组护理满意度。结果：术前1d观察组轻度焦虑率37.50%、重度焦虑率1.79%与对照组46.43%、25.00%比较相对更轻，且出院时1.79%、0.00%与对照组26.79%、3.57%比较相对更轻，P＜0.05；观察组术后1d、2d及3d疼痛程度评分均显著低于对照组，且术后排气时间及住院时间显著短于对照组，P＜0.05；观察组与对照组护理满意度分别为96.43%、80.36%，比较差异显著，P＜0.05。结论：在腹腔镜胆囊切除术前加强心理护理干预对调节其心理状态有明显作用，有效改善焦虑情绪，稳定术中状态，同时加快术后恢复速度，减轻疼痛程度，护理满意度较高，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To investigate the effect of preoperative psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. METHODS: One hundred and twelve patients were enrolled in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2018. All patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 56 patients in each group. The control group underwent routine nursing services. Psychological nursing intervention was used to evaluate the changes of psychological status, surgical indexes and recovery effects of the two groups, and to compare the satisfaction of the two groups. RESULTS: The pre-operative 1d observation group had a mild anxiety rate of 37.50% and a severe anxiety rate of 1.79% compared with the control group of 46.43% and 25.00%. The 1.79% and 0.00% at the time of discharge were compared with the control group of 26.79% and 3.57%. Lighter, P<0.05; the pain scores of the observation group at 1d, 2d and 3d after operation were significantly lower than the control group, and the postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group, P<0.05; observation group and control group The satisfaction of nursing was 96.43% and 80.36%, respectively, and the difference was significant, P<0.05. Conclusion: Strengthening psychological nursing intervention before laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a significant effect on regulating the psychological state, effectively improving anxiety, stabilizing intraoperative status, speeding up postoperative recovery, reducing pain, and high satisfaction with nursing. Promote the application.
