Objective: To explore the effect of psychological and pain combined nursing intervention on sleep quality and prognosis of patients with cervical cancer during perioperative period. Methods: 98 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object. Random number table extraction method was used to group them. The psychological and pain combined nursing intervention scheme (observation group, n=49) was related to pain control satisfaction, self-care ability score, sleep quality score and cellular immunity with routine nursing scheme (n=49). The index level is compared. Results: The satisfaction of pain control of cervical cancer patients in the observation group was 93.88%, higher than 79.59% in the control group (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in the scores of self-concept, self-care skills, self-care responsibility and health knowledge between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, all the scores were higher than before, and the observation group was higher than the control group. The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale had no difference between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale were lower than before, and the decrease of NK activity in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in NK activity between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, there was no significant change in the observation group, the control group, and the two groups were dry. The prognostic index level was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Paying attention to the implementation of psychological and pain combined nursing intervention mode in perioperative period of cervical cancer patients can improve the satisfaction of pain control, enhance the level of self-care, improve the quality of sleep, and regulate the immune function of the body. The clinical guidance is significant.
