| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the psychological pressure and growth level of nurses in neonatal department and its influencing factors. Methods: From December 2017 to December 2018, 72 nurses in the neonatal department of our hospital were selected as the observation group. Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to investigate the mental health level of nurses, and 72 nurses in the same period were selected as the control group to conduct the same questionnaire survey. The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. At the same time, the influencing factors of psychological stress and growth level of nursing staff in the observation group were analyzed, and the improvement measures were discussed. Result: The mental health and growth level of healthy adults in the Chinese norm were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the factors such as somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety, hostility and terror between the control group and the observation group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the factors such as interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, terror, paranoia and psychosis between the control group and the observation group (P The levels of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and depression in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Nursing age, professional title and marital status were the main factors affecting the mental health and growth level of nursing staff in the Department of Neonatology (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Neonatal nurses have high psychological pressure and poor mental health and growth level, which are manifested by somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety and hostility. Nursing age, professional title and marital status are the main influencing factors. It is necessary to strengthen nursing staff management training, improve working environment, alleviate their psychological pressure and research value is high.
