Objective: To explore the effect of health education combined with psychological counseling on the psychological state of patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by anxiety and depression. Methods: 126 patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by anxiety and depression received in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were observed in this study. The patients were divided into two groups by computer random method, including 63 cases in the routine group and 63 cases in the research group. Routine nursing was given in the routine group, while health education and psychological counseling were given in the research group. Results: SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score in the study group were lower than those in the routine group (p < 0.05); plasma specific viscosity, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen and hematocrit in the study group were lower than those in the routine group (p < 0.05); total nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the routine group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: For patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by anxiety and depression, strengthening psychological counseling and health education can not only significantly reduce their negative emotions, improve hemodynamic indicators, but also improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction. It is worth recommending in clinic.
