摘要
儿童正处于发育重要阶段,其机体生理代谢与成人相比有显著差异,而药物作为疾病治疗的基本治疗手段,对于不同年龄段的患者而言,其用药区别存在显著不同,尤其是用药安全,属于药物治疗患者的关注重点。对此,本文就探讨分析当前我国儿童用药的现状和相关特点,并针对不同药物的具体规格、剂型、使用范围、类型品种等相关应用效果进行有效分析,并明确儿童当前临床用药存在的相关问题,再针对相关问题,提出针对的相关对策,促使相关政府机构尽快完善相关法律法规,出台国家政策,并促进儿童药物市场研发进度,建立更多儿童药物实验临床机构,开设特别通道,加快儿童用药的相关审批,并以此为国内相关部门、临床工作者及药物研发机构等部门提供资料参考。
Abstract
Children are in an important stage of development, and their physiological metabolism is significantly different from that of adults. As the basic treatment method of disease treatment, drugs are significantly different for patients of different ages, especially for drug safety, which belongs to the focus of drug treatment patients. In this regard, this paper discusses and analyzes the current situation and relevant characteristics of childrens medication in China, effectively analyzes the relevant application effects of different drugs, such as specific specifications, dosage forms, scope of use, types and varieties, defines the relevant problems existing in childrens current clinical medication, and then puts forward relevant countermeasures for relevant problems, so as to urge relevant government agencies to improve relevant laws and regulations and issue national policies as soon as possible, And promote the research and development progress of childrens drug market, establish more childrens drug experimental and clinical institutions, open special channels, and speed up the relevant approval of childrens drug use, so as to provide data reference for relevant domestic departments, clinical workers, drug research and development institutions and other departments.
