摘要	磁共振成像为抑郁症患者对于不同机制抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁症时的脑结构及脑功能改变提供了重要的影像学证据，也是预测不同机制抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁症临床疗效的重要影像学手段。本文对国内外不同机制的抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁症时头颅磁共振影像学的变化进行综述，并再对国内外头颅磁共振对抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症时疗效的预测研究进行综述。
Abstract	Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) provides important imaging evidence for the changes of brain structure and brain function in depression patients treated with antidepressants of different mechanisms, and is also an important imaging method to predict the clinical efficacy of antidepressants of different mechanisms in the treatment of depression.This paper reviewed the changes of cranial magnetic resonance imaging in the treatment of depression with different mechanisms of antidepressant drugs at home and abroad, and then reviewed the predictive studies of cranial magnetic resonance imaging in the treatment of depression with antidepressant drugs at home and abroad.
