| 摘要 |
目的：探讨脑外伤综合征患者采用药物合并心理疗法进行治疗的临床效果，以供临床参考。方法：于2017年03月--2019年03月本院接收的100例脑外伤综合征患者，作为此次研究中的观察对象，通过双盲法，对其分组对照，即常规组50例单纯用药治疗，而研究组50例则在用药治疗的基础上加强心理疗法的应用。结果：研究组临床治疗总体疗效、依从性均、生活质量均高于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组SDS抑郁评分、SAS焦虑评分均低于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：临床用药治疗脑外伤综合征患者期间，加强心理疗法的应用，可进一步改善其预后，促使其早期恢复健康。值得在临床中大力推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of drug combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of brain trauma syndrome for clinical reference. Methods: From March 2017 to March 2019, 100 patients with brain trauma syndrome received in our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind method, i.e. 50 patients in the routine group were treated with drugs alone, while 50 patients in the study group were treated with drugs on the basis of strengthening the application of psychotherapy. Result: The overall curative effect, compliance and quality of life of the study group were higher than those of the routine group (p < 0.05); the SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score of the study group were lower than those of the routine group (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Strengthening the application of psychotherapy can further improve the prognosis of patients with brain trauma syndrome and promote their early recovery. It is worth recommending in clinic.
