百乐眠胶囊联合双抗治疗进展性脑梗死伴睡眠障碍的效果及对血清神经递质水平的影响

| 摘要 |
分析进展性脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者应用百乐眠胶囊联合双抗疗法治疗后效果。方法 随机将我院115例进展性脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者分组，对照组57例予双抗治疗，观察组58例增加百乐眠胶囊，对比血清神经递质、炎症因子、睡眠质量、神经功能及负性情绪变化。结果 观察组治疗后DA、BDNF、5-HT、EPH、TNF-α、IL-6、ET-1水平、夜间觉醒次数、睡眠潜伏期及PSQI、NIHSS、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组，NO水平及总睡眠时间高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 百乐眠胶囊联合双抗有效改善进展性脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及神经功能，其机制与抑制炎症反应，调节神经递质水平有关。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of Bailemian capsule combined with double-antibody therapy in patients with progressive cerebral infarction and sleep disorders. Methods 115 patients with progressive cerebral infarction and sleep disorders were randomly assigned to our hospital. 57 patients in the control group were treated with double-antibody. In the observation group, 58 patients were treated with Bailemian capsule, compared with serum neurotransmitters, inflammatory factors, sleep quality, neurological function and Negative emotional changes. Results The levels of DA, BDNF, 5-HT, EPH, TNF-α, IL-6, ET-1, nighttime arousal, sleep latency and PSQI, NIHSS, HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The level and total sleep time were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bailemian capsule combined with double antibody can effectively improve the sleep quality and neurological function of patients with progressive cerebral infarction and sleep disorders. The mechanism is related to inhibition of inflammatory response and regulation of neurotransmitter levels.
