Objective To analyze the curative effect and anxiety and depression of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy after treatment with Baile Mian capsule combined with small weight continuous traction. Methods A total of 111 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in both groups were given low-weight continuous traction therapy. In the control group, 55 patients were given psychological relaxation intervention. In the observation group, 56 patients were increased on the basis of the control group. Lemian capsules were taken orally, and the changes of post-treatment anxiety (SAS), depression (SDS), pain (VAS), sleep disorder (PSQI), and neck disability index (NDI) scores were observed in the two groups, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results The scores of SAS, SDS, VAS, PSQI and NDI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Baile Mian capsule combined with small weight continuous traction can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with cervical spondylotic vertebral disease and sleep disorders, relieve pain, eliminate negative emotions and symptoms and signs, and promote the recovery of neck function.
