枳术宽中胶囊应用于功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁状态患者的效果观察

| 摘要 |
观察功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁状态患者应用枳术宽中胶囊治疗后效果。方法 随机将我院95例功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁状态患者分组，对照组47例予多潘立酮联合路优泰治疗，观察组48例予枳术宽中胶囊治疗，对比临床症状评分、焦虑抑郁、临床疗效、不良事件及成本-效果分析。结果 两组患者治疗后临床症状、HAMA、HDMD评分均较治疗前降低，观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组（P<0.05），组间对比，临床疗效、症状、HDMD、HAMA评分无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组成本-效果比值低于对照组。结论 枳术宽中胶囊能够有效改善功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁状态患者负性情绪，消除症状体征，药物经济学价值高，安全性佳。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of treatment of functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression in patients with dysentery and depression. Methods A total of 95 patients with functional dyspepsia and anxiety and depression were randomly divided into our hospital. 47 patients in the control group were treated with domperidone combined with Luyoutai. 48 patients in the observation group were treated with Qizhuanzhong Capsule. The clinical symptom scores, anxiety and depression were compared. Clinical efficacy, adverse events, and cost-effectiveness analysis. Results The clinical symptoms, HAMA and HDMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment. The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical analysis of clinical efficacy, symptoms, HDMD and HAMA scores. The significance of the study (P>0.05), observed composition-effect ratio is lower than the control group. Conclusion Qizhu Kuanzhong Capsule can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with functional dyspepsia and anxiety and depression, eliminate symptoms and signs, and has high pharmacoeconomic value and good safety.
