Objective To investigate the effect of combined intervention with sodium valproate on perioperative stress index and postoperative anxiety and depression in patients with glioma. Methods 93 patients who underwent surgical treatment for glioma in our hospital were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different intervention methods. Among them, 46 patients in the control group underwent home intervention mode during the perioperative period. Observation group 47 The case was treated with sodium valproate on the basis of the control group. Perioperative stress indicators and postoperative emotional status improvement were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the anxiety score (SAS), depression score (SDS), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and heart rate (HR) were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The efficiency was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the adverse reactions of the two groups were not meaningful (P>0.05). Conclusion Injection of sodium valproate combined with family intervention can effectively improve postoperative anxiety and depression in patients with glioma and reduce perioperative stress response, which has high safety.
