Objective: To observe the main factors of skin infection in psychiatric patients with "three nothingness" and put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods: 150 cases of non-psychiatric patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were included in the study. The general data of all patients were analyzed, the specific situation of skin infection was observed, the main factors inducing skin infection were summarized, and the treatment strategies of skin infection were put forward. Results: Among 150 patients, 35 cases had skin infection, accounting for 23.33%. Scabies accounted for 45.71%(16/35), followed by furuncles and abscesses, accounting for 28.57%(10/35). Skin infection in non-psychiatric patients was closely related to age and season of patients, and the occurrence of skin infection in patients had its own factors, as well as hospital management and staff nursing operation. Guan, physical examination and treatment of primary diseases can effectively prevent and treat skin infections. Conclusion: The patients without mental illness are prone to skin infections. It is necessary to strengthen the management and monitoring of nosocomial infections, carry out physical examinations, identify the risk of skin infections, actively treat the primary diseases and reduce the occurrence of skin infections.
