| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety for the patients with postnatal depression by Sertraline combine with wuji baifeng pills. Methods 78 cases of patients with postnatal depression were randomly divided into observation group(39 cases) and control group(39 cases). The control group were treated by Sertraline. The observation group were treated by Sertraline combine with wuji baifeng pills. The clinical effects, the scores of EPDS, CGI, QL-I, the levels of 5-HT, E2, P, the scores of SERS were observed. Results The total effective rate for the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of EPDS, CGI for the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of QL-I for the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The levels of 5-HT, E2, P for the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of SERS for the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the patients. Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with postnatal depression by Sertraline combine with wuji baifeng pills., it can improve the scores of EPDS, CGI, QL-I, SERS, the levels of 5-HT, E2, P. It worth of clinical recommendations.
