| 摘要 |
探讨针灸结合高压氧治疗对于脑卒中患者情绪障碍和生活质量影响。方法 按照治疗方案不同将2016/10至2018/11来我院进行治疗的80例脑卒中患者分为观察组40例和对照组40例，对照组患者实施常规治疗，观察组患者在此基础上实施针灸结合高压氧治疗。比较两组患者康复疗效、治疗前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、神经功能缺损程度评分（NIHSS）评分、日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）评分、36条简明健康状况调查表（SF-36）评分变化情况。结果 观察组患者康复疗效优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组，ADL评分、SF-36评分均高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针灸结合高压氧治疗脑卒中康复效果良好，可明显改善患者情绪障碍和生活质量，值得临床推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence on emotional disorder and quality of life for the patients with stroke by acupuncture and moxibustion combine with hyperbaric oxygen. Methods 80 cases of patients with stroke were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases). The control group were treated by conventional treatment, on the basis of the control group, the observation group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion combine with hyperbaric oxygen. The clinical effect, the scores of SAS, SDS, NIHSS, ADL, SF-36 were observed. Results The rehabilitation efficacy of the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of SAS and SDS for the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of NIHSS for the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of ADL, SF-36 for the observation group after treatment were higher than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with stroke by acupuncture and moxibustion combine with hyperbaric oxygen. It can improve the emotional disturbance and quality of life. It worth of clinical recommendations.
