Objective To analyze the case of emergency treatment of severe mental disorders for 3 consecutive years in a certain urban area of Shanghai, and provide a scientific basis for the community to deal with emergency events. Methods The serious spirit of 964 cases in a city in Shanghai for 2016-2018 for 3 consecutive years The obstacle emergency response work record table was sorted, counted and analyzed. Results 964 cases of emergency treatment, 435 cases of registered patients, 529 cases of non-books; 876 cases of public safety incidents, accounting for 90.87%; the number of emergency disposal cases in 2018 is far More than the number of emergency treatments in 2016 and 2017, accounting for 41.28%; the risk assessment is mainly based on 0 to 3, a total of 882 cases, accounting for 91.49%; the disease classification is mainly schizophrenia and other mental disorders, A total of 523 cases accounted for 54.25%; 650 patients had one emergency treatment, ≥2 times 133 people 314 times. Conclusion Emergency disposal is based on the "Hazard to public safety or harm to others" incident. Do a good job in community mental disorders Emergency treatment can effectively control and reduce the occurrence of dangerous behaviors of patients with severe mental disorders, maintain public safety and the harmony and stability of the people.
