Survey on the professional identity of psychologic medicine students and its influencing factors

摘要
调查精神医学专业学生专业认同度并分析其影响因素,为提高精神医学专业人才培养质量提供参考。方法 采用大学生专业认同调查问卷对我校五个年级339名精神医学专业进行调查,同时了解调查对象生源地地、是否独生子女、家庭人均月收入、志愿来源、有无业内人士参与选报志愿意见等情况。有效数据录入SPSS19.0,采用单因素方差分析比较专业认同度差异,采用Logistics回归分析影响该专业学生专业认同度的因素。结果 该专业学生总体专业认同度得分为3.66 ± 0.83分,处于中等水平;五个年级作为整体进行Logistics回归分析,结果显示,生源地是影响该专业学生专业认同度的因素(P<0.05)。分年级比较学生专业认同度及其影响因素,结果显示,大三以上年级认知性认同显著高于大一年级(P<0.05),是否独生子女是大一和大五年级学生专业认同主要影响因素、性别是大二年级学生专业认同主要影响因素、生源地和家庭人均月收入是是大四年级学生专业认同主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 精神医学专业学生整体专业认同度处于一般水平;影响学生专业认同的因素随学生培养进程而变化,并受原生家庭和社会评价的影响。加强精神卫生宣教、营造良好的专业社会评价氛围,改革专业教学模式、加强专业师资队伍建设,关注学生成长过程、分年级采取针对性措施,有利于提高该专业学生专业认同度,保证人才培养质量。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the professional identity of undergraduate students majored in psychologic medicine and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 339 students from Grade I to Grade V majored in psychologic medicine in our college were surveyed with professional identity scale. The collected parameters including the living area before entered university, the only child or not, family income, who dominated the choice of this major, consulted medical practitioners or not before choosing this major, et al. SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis, and one way ANOVA, Spearman correlation test and Logistic regression was applied for influencing factor analysis. Results The general professional identity score of the students is 3.66±0.83. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the living area before entered university is independent influencing factors for professional identity of the students in whole cohort. Subgrouping students by grade and analysis, it’s revealed that, the score of cognitional division in Grade III and above is significantly higher than that in Grade I (P<0.05); Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that, the only child or not is independent influencing factor for professional identity of the students in Grade I and Grade V, sex is independent influencing factor for professional identity of the students in Grade II, the living area before entered university and family income are independent influencing factors for professional identity of the students in Grade IV. Conclusion the professional identity of undergraduate students majored in psychologic medicine is on the average level. The influence factors for professional identity of the students changed during the course of study. Strengthening social mental health education, creating a good social professional evaluation atmosphere; reforming the professional teaching mode, strengthening the construction of professional teachers; Paying attention to students growth process and taking pertinent measures by grades are conducive to improving students professional identity and ensuring the quality of personnel training.
