舒肝解郁胶囊治疗脑梗死头晕患者焦虑抑郁状态的效果评价

| 摘要 |
探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗脑梗死头晕患者焦虑抑郁状态的效果。方法 依据随机对照原则将2016年1月~2019年1月我院进行治疗的60例脑梗死头晕伴焦虑抑郁患者分为每组30例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。比较两组患者疗程结束时治疗效果以及入院时与疗程结束时眩晕残障程度评定量表（DHI）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、神经功能缺损程度评分（NIHSS）、中医症候积分变化情况。结果 观察组患者疗程结束时治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组患者疗程结束时DHI评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、NIHSS评分以及各项中医证候评分均低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 舒肝解郁胶囊治疗脑梗死头晕患者焦虑抑郁状态疗效显著，值得临床推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect on the cerebral infarction with swirl and anxiety-depression by Shugan-Jieyu capsule. Methods 60 cases of cerebral infarction with swirl and anxiety-depression from 2016/01 to 2019/01 were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The control group were treated by conventional western medicine. The observation group were treated by Shugan-Jieyu capsule based on the control group. The clinical effect, DHI score, HAMD score, HAMA score, NIHSS score, Chinese medicine symptom integral were observed. Results The total effect rate of the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The DHI score, HAMD score, HAMA score, NIHSS score, Chinese medicine symptom integral of the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion It has prominent effect in the cerebral infarction with swirl and anxiety-depression by Shugan-Jieyu capsule. It worth of clinical recommendations.
