目的：探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰对老年良性前列腺增生（BPH）伴抑郁患者的效果。方法：本文主要观察对象为90例老年良性前列腺增生伴抑郁患者，收治于2016年01月--2019年06月。通过电脑随机法，予以分组探讨，其中常规组45例行常规药物治疗，研究组45例则在常规药物治疗基础上加用草酸艾司西酞普兰。统计两组临床治疗效果、IPSS（国际前列腺症状评分）、SF-36（生活质量健康调查量表）、HAMD（汉密尔顿抑郁量表）评分。结果：研究组临床治疗总体疗效高于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组IPSS评分、HAMD评分均低于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组SF-36评分高于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：在常规药物治疗基础上，为老年良性前列腺增生伴抑郁患者加用草酸艾司西酞普兰药物，能够显著改善患者前列腺增生症状，减轻其抑郁程度，提高其生存质量，临床效果显著，值得在临床中大力推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective: To investigate the effect of escitalopram oxalate on elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with depression. Methods: The main subjects in this study were 90 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with depression. They were admitted from January 2016 to June 2019. The computer randomized method was used to discuss group therapy. Among them, 45 patients in the routine group received routine drug therapy, and 45 patients in the study group received escitalopram oxalate on the basis of conventional drug therapy. The clinical treatment effects, IPSS (International Prostate Symptom Score), SF-36 (Life Quality Health Survey Scale), and HAMD (Hamilton Depression Scale) scores were calculated. Results: The overall efficacy of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group (p<0.05). The IPSS score and HAMD score of the study group were lower than the conventional group (p<0.05). The SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group (p<0.05). ). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional drug therapy, the addition of escitalopram oxalate to elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and depression can significantly improve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia, reduce the degree of depression, improve the quality of life, and the clinical effect is significant. Greatly recommended in the clinic.
