Results: HAMD score of the observation group decreased from (17.34±0.70) to (12.58±0.62) after 2-6 months of intervention, while that of the control group decreased from (19.60±0.52) to (15.98±0.31), suggesting that HAMD score of the observation group decreased better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The WHOQOL scale scores of the two groups were increased from 21.63±1.94 to 23.08±0.75, from 23.01±1.52 to 25.90±0.47, from 21.09±3.57 to 23.46±0.48, and from 13.06±1.24 to 15.05±0.43. The physiological score of the control group increased from (17.10±1.54) to (18.90±0.41), the psychological score increased from (18.04±1.67) to (19.02±0.43), the social relationship score increased from (17.58±3.42) to (19.11±0.72), and the environmental score increased from (11.73±1.50) to (12.37±0.19), indicating that the WHOQOL score of the observation group increased better than that of the control group, P < 0.05.
