PICC refers to a cannulation technique that sends the peripheral central venous catheter through the cubital fossa vein to the upper vena cava along the blood vessel. This method can directly inject drugs into the central vein with large blood flow and fast flow rate, which reduces the pain caused by repeated puncture and the damage caused to the blood vessel of patients by long-term use of stimulant drugs. In addition, it can reduce the workload of nursing. It has obvious advantages, but it also has some defects, Such as medical adhesive related injury and skin allergy, which not only brings great inconvenience to patients, but also increases the difficulty of nursing work. Dermatitis and eczema after PICC catheterization seriously affect the quality of life of patients and increase the incidence of PICC catheter-related infection and other complications. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in skin care and catheter maintenance for patients with skin allergy. Early detection and early intervention will help to reduce the suffering of patients and improve their quality of life. In this paper, we used fire needle and Kangfuxin Liquid sterile gauze to wet compress the affected part of the patients with severe skin allergy after PICC, and achieved good results. The results are reported as follows.
