| 摘要 |
目的:探讨基于同伴教育的心理护理对慢性支气管哮喘患者主观幸福感、负性情绪及自我效能的影响。方法:选择2017年6月至2019年1月在我院接受治疗支气管哮喘患者80例进行回顾性分析。根据患者接受干预方式的不同将其分为2组,对照组40例行常规护理干预,观察组39例行基于同伴教育的心理护理。对比两组患者主观幸福感、负性情绪及自我效能。结果:护理后2组评分均明显升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(t=-3.049、-2.553、-2.558,P<0.05)。护理后2组SAS、SDS评分均明显下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(t=15.161、11.181,P<0.05),护理后2组自我效能评分均明显升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(t=-9.444,P<0.05)。结论:基于同伴教育的心理护理与常规护理相比可明显提高慢性支气管哮喘患者主观幸福感、缓解负性情绪, 提高患者自我效能水平。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effects of psychological nursing based on peer education on subjective well-being, negative emotion and self-efficacy in patients with chronic bronchial asthma.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 was performed.According to the different ways of patients intervention, they were divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention, and 39 patients in the observation group underwent psychological nursing based on peer education.Subjective well-being, negative emotions and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results: The scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group (t=-3.049, -2.553, -2.558, P < 0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after the nursing, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (t=15.161, 11.181, P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of the two groups were significantly increased after the nursing, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (t=-9.444, P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological nursing based on peer education can significantly improve subjective well-being, relieve negative emotions and improve patient self-efficacy in patients with chronic bronchial asthma.
