Objective: To evaluate the application of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of Alzheimers disease. Methods: Sixty-six patients with Alzheimers disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 33 patients in each group. All patients were admitted from January 2017 to March 2019. The patients in the observation group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The therapeutic effects, serum factor levels, adverse reactions and scores of each scale were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.73%). The serum factor level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The number of adverse reactions in the observation group was less. The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.12%, which was lower than that of the control group (36.36%). In the observation group, the MMSE level was slightly higher than that of the control group after treatment, and other indexes were lower than the control group. The above differences were statistically significant. (P<0.05). Conclusion: Donepride hydrochloride has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of Alzheimers disease. The total effective rate is higher and the adverse reactions are less. The safety of patients is higher, the nerve function is obviously recovered, and the serum of patients is improved. The effective improvement of the factor level significantly improves the quality of life of patients, reduces the suffering of patients and their families, and has a high clinical promotion value.
