Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Kazuo Double Dopa Controlled Release Tablets in the treatment of Parkinsons disease with depression. METHODS: Sixty-six patients with Parkinsons disease and depression were enrolled in the hospital from October 2017 to June 1919. The clinical data were reviewed and different treatment plans were used as a group basis. 66 patients were divided into six groups. There were 2 groups, that is, 33 cases in the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. Based on this, the observation group was treated with Kazuo double dopa controlled release tablets, and the total effective rate, depression score, quality of life score, and adverse reaction were compared. RESULTS: The total effective rate and quality of life scores were compared: the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the depression score was compared: the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Cardo-dual dopa controlled release tablets for the treatment of patients with Parkinsons disease with depression can not only improve the patients depressive symptoms, but also improve the quality of life, clinical efficacy is significant, it is worth promoting.
