产后康复治疗在产科临床应用中的具体效果分析

| 摘要 |
探析产后康复治疗在产科临床的具体应用效果。方法 选用随机分组法将我院2021.08-2022.02期间产科临床住院待产孕妇随机分组，共计100名分常规组、实验组两组，每组50名。常规组给予常规产后治疗，实验组给予产后康复治疗，对比两组治疗有效率、产妇康复效果、负性情绪评分。结果 相较常规组，实验组临床治疗有效率更高，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组产妇康复效果更高，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组负性情绪评分更低，P＜0.05。结论 产科临床中实施产后康复治疗，有利于促进乳汁分泌，促进患者子宫复旧提高康复效果，建议推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the specific application effect of postpartum rehabilitation therapy in obste- tric clinic. Methods a total of 100 patients were divided into routine group and experimental group, with 50 pati- ents in each group. The routine group was given routine postpartum treatment, and the experimental group was given postpartum rehabilitation treatment. The treatment efficiency, maternal rehabilitation effect and negative emotion score of the two groups were compared. Results compared with the routine group, the clinical efficacy rate of the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the routine group, the rehabilitation effect of the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the negative emotion score of the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion postpartum rehabilitation treatment in obstetric clinic is con- ducive to promoting uterine involution and improving the rehabilitation effect. It is recommended to popularize it.
