| 摘要 |
分析溃疡性结肠炎患者在治疗期间及出院后应用聚焦解决模式干预后治疗效果、情绪及生活质量变化。方法 采用随机数字表法将我院115例溃疡性结肠炎患者分组，对照组57例给予常规护理模式，观察组58例增加聚焦解决模式干预，对比两组患者治疗后血清炎症因子水平、治疗依从性、焦虑抑郁情绪变化、生活质量变化、临床疗效及复发率。结果 干预后，观察组CRP水平、SAS、SDS评分及复发率均低于对照组，治疗依从率、总有效率及SF-36评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 聚焦解决模式能够有效提升溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗依从性，缓解焦虑抑郁情绪，降低复发率，提升临床疗效，改善患者生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effects of treatment, mood and quality of life in patients with ulcerative colitis after treatment with focused solution mode during and after discharge. Methods A total of 115 patients with ulcerative colitis were enrolled in our hospital by random number table method. 57 patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode, and 58 patients in the observation group were treated with focused focus mode. The serum inflammatory factor levels and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Sexuality, anxiety, depression, changes in quality of life, clinical outcomes, and recurrence rates. Results After intervention, the CRP level, SAS, SDS score and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than the control group, the treatment compliance rate, total effective rate and SF-36 score were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The focused solution mode can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with ulcerative colitis, relieve anxiety and depression, reduce the recurrence rate, improve clinical efficacy and improve patients quality of life.
