| 摘要 |
目的：探讨行心脏瓣膜置换术（CVR）治疗的风湿性心脏病（RHD）患者实施心理护理对其术后精神状态及生活质量的改善作用。方法：选取70例CVR术后RHD患者作为研究对象，均于2018年7月-2019年7月期间本院收治。并按照不同护理干预模式进行分组。就采对照组（实施常规护理模式，n=35）与观察组（心理护理模式，n=35）患者的护理前后精神状态及生活质量情况，并对两组患者的护理满意度及随访结果进行对比。结果观察组的护理满意度、定期复查率、服药依从率相比对照组均明显较高（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组SCL-90量表评分相比对照组均较低，而SF-36量表评分相比对照组均较高（P<0.05）。结论：采用心理护理可显著改善CVR术RHD患者精神状态及生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the improvement of mental status and quality of life in patients with rheumatic heart disease (RHD) treated by cardiac valve replacement (CVR). Methods: Seventy patients with RHD after CVR were selected as the study subjects. They were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019. According to different nursing intervention modes, the patients were divided into groups. The mental state and quality of life of the patients in the control group (n=35) and the observation group (n=35) before and after nursing were compared, and the nursing satisfaction and follow-up results of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction, regular review rate and medication compliance rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); after nursing, the SCL-90 scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the SF-36 scale score was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing can significantly improve the mental state and quality of life of RHD patients after CVR.
