摘要	目前单双相抑郁之间的区别受到越来越多的关注，本文就单双相抑郁患者的识别困难、识别不良所产生的危害及脑内代谢物谷氨酸及γ-氨基丁酸的研究发现进行论述。
Abstract	At present, more and more attention has been paid to the difference between unipolar and bipolar depression.This paper studies the difficulty in the identification of patients with unipolar and bipolar depression,the harm caused by poor recognition, and the research findings of brain metabolites glutamate and gamma-aminobutyric acid.
