| 摘要 |
观察帕金森合并抑郁及认知功能障碍患者应用积极心理措施干预疗效。方法 将我院87例帕金森合并抑郁及认知功能障碍患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组43例及观察组44例，对照组患者应用常规护理措施，观察组患者在对照组基础上增加积极心理干预措施，对比两组患者干预后抑郁情绪、认知功能及生活质量变化。结果 干预后，观察组HAMD、MoCA评分低于对照组，SF-36评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 积极心理干预能够有效改善帕金森合并抑郁、认知障碍患者认知功能，消除负面情绪，提升生活质量

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of interventional measures on Parkinsons patients with depression and cognitive dysfunction. Methods Eighty-seven patients with Parkinsons depression and cognitive dysfunction were divided into 43 cases in the control group and 44 cases in the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures. The patients in the observation group were based on the control group. Positive psychological interventions were added to compare depression, cognitive function and quality of life after intervention in the two groups. Results After intervention, the HAMD and MoCA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Positive psychological intervention can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with Parkinsons depression and cognitive impairment, eliminate negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
