Objective: To analyze the factors of anxiety and depression in children with epilepsy. Methods: Sixty children with epilepsy who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group of this study. The 60 children who were normal in our hospital during the same period were used as the control group of this study. . RESULTS: The degree of anxiety increased with age, and the SASC score and DSRS score of children with epilepsy were positively correlated with N and P in the EPQ scale, negatively correlated with the E scale, and the SAS score of the guardian. Positive correlation, no relationship with guardian BDI, PQ and N in EPQ, and negatively correlated with guardian EPQ E scale. There was no significant difference in the occupational and educational level of the guardian and the SASC score of the observation group, P>0.05, which was not related to the seizure form, P>0.05. Conclusion: The seizure form, guardian education level and occupational status of children with epilepsy have nothing to do with the SASC score of children; the level of anxiety and depression of children with epilepsy is higher than that of normal children, and the incidence and gender, age and children of the children And the guardians anxiety, depression level and certain personality traits.
