| 摘要 |
分析Tourette综合征患儿应用阿立哌唑治疗后临床疗效及安全性。方法 将我院83例Tourette综合征患儿采用随机数字表法分组，对照组41例应用氟哌啶醇口服治疗，观察组42例应用阿立哌唑口服治疗，对比两组患儿治疗后症状变化、血清炎症因子水平、血清神经递质水平、焦虑抑郁评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组总有效率及YGTSS评分与对照组无统计学意义（P>0.05）；IL-8、IL-6、DA水平、SCARED、DSRSC评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组，TNF-α、5-HT水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 阿立哌唑能够有效调节Tourette综合征患儿血清炎症因子及神经递质水平，改善抽动症状及情绪障碍，安全性高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of aripipazole in children with Tourette syndrome. Methods 83 children with Tourette syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into digital group. 41 patients in the control group were treated with haloperidol orally. 42 patients in the observation group were treated with aripiprazole orally. Changes, serum inflammatory factor levels, serum neurotransmitter levels, anxiety and depression scores, clinical efficacy, and incidence of adverse events. Results The total effective rate and YGTSS score of the observation group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The levels of IL-8, IL-6, DA, SCARED, DSRSC and adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group. The levels of α and 5-HT were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole can effectively regulate serum inflammatory factors and neurotransmitters in children with Tourette syndrome, improve tic symptoms and mood disorders, and has high safety.
