摘要
分析注意缺陷多动障碍患儿应用小儿智力糖浆联合哌甲酯治疗后学习功能、自控能力及社会功能变化。方法 将我院85例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿依据随机数字表法分组,对照组42例应用哌甲酯口服治疗,观察组43例联合小儿智力糖浆治疗,观察两组患儿治疗后社会功能、学习功能、自控能力变化,并对比临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组SNAP-Ⅳ评分及不良反应发生率低于对照组,WISC-CR、PHCSS评分及总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小儿智力糖浆联合哌甲酯能够有效改善注意缺陷多动障碍患儿社会功能及学习功能,提升自控能力,安全性高
Abstract
Objective To analyze the learning function, self-control ability and social function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder after treatment with childrens intelligence syrup combined with methylphenidate. Methods Eighty-five children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group was treated with methylphenidate in 42 cases, and the observation group was treated with children with intellectual syrup. The social function of the two groups was observed after treatment. , learning function, self-control ability changes, and compare clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the SNAP-IV score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The WISC-CR, PHCSS score and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Childrens intelligence syrup combined with methylphenidate can effectively improve the social function and learning function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, improve self-control ability and high safety.
